In case there is any COD order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly before it is shipped. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +91 8347973435 with your order number.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.
- Raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the product. You will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. - There is Return option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
- Store credit will be issued for the full product price paid by the customer. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
- Please allow 3-5 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat for processing of store credit.
- In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
Refund Policy -
- As a policy we do not provide money refund on any product sold.
- Once the products are sold, they can be exchanged/returned against store credit only
(Store Credit is the amount of refund given back to the customer in the form of a coupon code. This store credit has a lifetime validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders on the website)
NOTE FOR RETURN:
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return request that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
- Products bought during clearance sale are non-refundable.
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
- If you cancel your order before your order gets shipped, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal transaction fees charged.
- If you have received the product and you want to return it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on firstname.lastname@example.org. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
- Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
- We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
