Domestic Orders:

Cancellation Policy:

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly before it is shipped. Please reach out to us at hello@shaaola.com or at +91 8347973435 with your order number.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed.

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.

Return Policy:

  1. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at hello@shaaola.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost. 
  2. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.
  3. Raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the product. You will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  4. In case, due to certain circumstances, after receiving the product, within 48 hours you are unable to raise return request the shipment within the time frame, no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.
  5. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
  6. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
  7. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat.
  8. Once you opt for credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
  2. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note SHAAOLA will arrange for the pick up from your door step.
  3. If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
  4. If you want to exchange your product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be refunded back to you. You can also opt for credit note for the balance amount, which can be used for your next purchase.
  5. Once you opt for credit note, you cannot en-cash it later.
  6. Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return request that are not raised within 2 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  • Products bought during clearance sale are non-refundable.

 

International Orders:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  2. If you cancel your order before your order gets shipped, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal transaction fees charged.
  3. If you have received the product and you want to return it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on hello@shaaola.com. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
  4. Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us.
  5. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
  6. We do not have an exchange policy for international customers.

Note: All products are passed through strict quality check before packaging and dispatch for all international orders.
